Although high in saturated fats and sodium, these are a great alternative to
potato chips especially if you're following a low-carb diet.
They're also a good source of selenium and have basically no GI value.
To make things a little more interesting, top it with some ramen seasoning or
your own personal spice blend (I'd leave out the salt).
Crunchy, porky, and highly addictive. They go great with a beer.
